Round2 is a private investment firm formed and managed by two deeply experienced and cycle-tested private equity industry leaders, Craig Klosk and Jonathan Roth. As Co-Founder of Wicks Capital Partners, a private equity firm founded in 1989 that invests in the information and information services sector, Klosk brings decades of direct investing experience as a middle-market private equity professional.
As the former President of Abbott Capital Management, Roth invested in, and formed deep relationships with, many of the top-tier investment firms across the entire spectrum of private equity strategies and constructed high-conviction portfolios on behalf of over 100 institutional investors globally. This combination of skills and experiences makes Round2 uniquely positioned to fully leverage its direct underwriting expertise along with the ability to partner with firms as a value-added investor.
